Peculiar People

 (Based on: Exodus 19:5, I Peter 2)

When we reach up to the Lord,
He reaches down to us;
As we're drawing nearer,
He is drawing thus.

His path is very "narrow,"
Requiring discipline...
To His Law of Kindness
(Which helps us rid of sin.)

We're to be "examples"
Of His Loving Way-
No matter what others think
On this earthly clay.

There is a single Master
We're to seek each day;
Our Father-God-Creator
And what HE has to say!
