Happy are the chirping birds.
Budding are the flowers.
Everything is turning green,
Expecting April showers!
All Creation's bursting forth...
It is the Plan of God;
Nesting instincts taken hold,
Where the fowl couvade!
From the "dead" - comes new "life,"
"Expectance" manifested.
Man turns briefly from all toil;
His Spirit feeling "Festive!"
Every Spring's a Blessing,
And brings a Ray of Hope-
To remind us of the "Garden,"
Where "Mom" and "Dad" eloped!
